Does MBR Cosmetics test products on animals?
No, we do not test them on animals.
Are MBR Cosmetics products paraben-free?
MBR Cosmetics is committed to safe products and does not use chemical preservatives such as parabens. All MBR Cosmetics product lines are paraben-free.
Are MBR Cosmetics products safe to use during pregnancy?
We recommend that you consult your doctor who will decide which products you can use during pregnancy.
Why should I consult a cosmetician or dermatologist?
In all cases, we recommend that you consult a specialist as he or she can put together a complete range of skin care products. At-home products will help you achieve your goals, and treatments from a professional will also enhance the results.
Is it safe to use MBR Cosmetics products during chemotherapy or other medical treatments?
We recommend that you consult with your doctor, who will decide which products you can use during your treatment.

What are my shipping options and how much does it cost?
Delivery is made by DHL, directly from Germany to Spain. Standard
delivery time is 4–5 business days within Spain.

We offer Free delivery for orders over 500 Euro.

I ordered the wrong product, not the correct one, can I return it and request the correct product instead?
Yes, we will be happy to send you the correct product. Please email us within 15 days of placing your order and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I return the product by dropping it off at my local beautician or doctor?
You must return the products to the beautician or doctor where you purchased them, but we are unable to exchange opened products.
