If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it to us free of charge within 30 calendar days of receipt. To return the product(s), please email info@mbrcosmetics.es.

 The 30 day return policy does not apply to all products available for purchase at https://mbrcosmetics.es/-n, so please read the return policy carefully before returning your product(s), which can be found below.

 The 30-day return option partially covers the right of withdrawal that consumers may exercise within 14 days. If you cancel after 14 days, you will not be entitled to a refund.

The cost of returning products not marketed by MBR Cosmetics Spain will be borne by the customer.

 Returning products from MBR Cosmetics Shop in a few steps:

1. Please ensure that the product you wish to return complies with the Return Conditions below.

2. Refund of the product (i.e. you would like MBR Cosmetics Spain Shop to refund the purchase price of the product you are returning)

3. If you opt for a refund and the product meets the conditions for return, we will refund the purchase price of the product to the bank account number provided on the return form (please enter an international bank account number - IBAN code*).

If you have paid for the product you wish to return by credit card, this will also be the method of refund. MBR Shop will refund the purchase price within 14 days of the product arriving at the warehouse.

 * In the European Union and in other European countries, a uniformly structured international bank account number, the IBAN (International Bank Account Number), has been introduced. The IBAN, which is the Hungarian standard, consists of 28 characters, which:

- The first two characters indicate the country code (HU);

- 2 to 4 characters is a generated check digit;

- 5 to 28 characters contain the domestic payment reference number.

The customer has the possibility to customise the way he/she returns the product to MBR Shop. The customer is responsible for the administration of this. In this case, the delivery costs will depend on the current rates of the delivery company.

Conditions for returning the product:

1. 30 days to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product at the latest, i.e. the return form must be filled in and sent to MBR Shop within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

(The possibility to return the product within 30 days is given to both natural and legal persons.)

2. MBR Shop reserves the right to refuse to accept products returned to it in unsatisfactory condition and/or with significant depreciation.

MBR Shop reserves the right to refuse to accept returned product(s) for one or more products returned by a user in significant numbers and/or on multiple or regular occasions if it detects or has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse of the 30-day product return service. In such cases, it may initiate an investigation and, if necessary, refer the matter to the competent authorities.

MBR Shop may refuse to accept a returned product,

- which has not been used for its intended purpose, which has suffered physical damage (in particular, but not limited to: wear and tear, signs of excessive use, scratches, mechanical and/or electrical damage).

- which has not been returned by the purchaser with all its accessories and parts.

3. We cannot accept damaged products due to lack of proper protective wrapping.

4. If the product you wish to return was accompanied by a gift, please return it as well, without it we will not be able to accept it.

5. If you have ordered more than one of the same product and wish to return all of them, we can only accept them if 1 (that is one) of them has been opened and tested. The remaining products can only be accepted in their original unopened packaging, i.e. in unused condition.

Right to buy

The website may be used by persons who are at least 16 years of age or, if the country of residence requires a higher minimum age for the conclusion of a contract, the legal age.

To place an order online, you must register with us. The personal data you provide must be true, accurate and up-to-date. If your personal details change, please update your profile in your online shopping account without delay. We reserve the right to delete or suspend your account if we find that the information you have provided is untrue.

You must provide payment details when placing an order. The information provided must be valid and accurate and the billing information provided must be referenced to you.

 
Online ordering and contracting

Ordering goods online couldn't be easier - just add the product of your choice to your basket and follow the simple instructions. You can review your order details on the confirmation page and only place your order once you have clicked the 'place order' button.

You will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order. If you do not receive an email, please contact our customer service.

The display of products and their prices on the website is purely an invitation to tender. Email confirmation of your order does NOT mean that we have accepted your order, only that we have received it. No contract is formed until your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

if we are unable to process your payment;
if delivery of our products is restricted in your region;
if a product is out of stock or withdrawn from sale (we reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product displayed on the website at any time prior to acceptance of your order); or
if you fail to comply with these terms and conditions.
If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will contact you by email.

When your order has been submitted, you will receive a further email from us confirming acceptance of your order.

The contract entered into upon acceptance of your order will supersede all previous terms and conditions, whether written or oral, and all representations made.

Delivery:

Shipping to Spain: Orders are shipped with DHL directly from Germany. Standard delivery time is 4–5 business days within Spain.
