Independent Sales Representative
(Barcelona / Madrid)

We are looking for an Independent Sales Representative primarily focused on Barcelona and the surrounding area. Applications are also welcome from Madrid-based professionals with relevant experience and strong industry contacts.

Your mission

• Identify, approach and acquire new professional B2B partners for MBR Cosmetics Spain.
• Build relationships with aesthetic and medical-aesthetic clinics, premium beauty institutes, dermatology practices and qualified skincare professionals.
• Present the MBR® brand, its professional treatment concepts and product portfolio.
• Guide prospective partners from initial contact through to the establishment of a business relationship.
• Develop strong, sustainable professional relationships and identify new business opportunities in the Spanish market.

Who we are looking for

• Sales experience and a strong results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in cosmetics, professional skincare, medical aesthetics, beauty or related B2B sales is highly desirable.
• An existing network among clinics, aesthetic centres or industry professionals is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, proactively and in an organised manner.
• High-level Spanish language skills.
• FLUENT PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH – MANDATORY. All communication with company management and the international team is conducted in English.

Compensation and career growth

IMPORTANT: This position does not include a fixed salary or base salary. The collaboration operates on a 100% commission-based, performance-driven compensation model. Earnings are directly linked to sales results and the acquisition and development of new business partners.

MBR Cosmetics Spain provides brand and product information, sales-support materials and professional support. Representatives who demonstrate strong and consistent results may have the opportunity to progress into a higher-level position and take on greater responsibility within the MBR Cosmetics Spain sales structure.
